  1. How to made payment?

  2. How soon I can receive my order?
    All the orders will be send out by 1pm daily (Monday to Friday) to the courier company. If after 1pm, the orders will be send on the next working day. We will inform you by email after we sent your order. Normaly it will take 1 to 3 working days to receive the order. Please let us know at customer@goodest.my if you didnt get it after 3 working days.

  3. What if I ordered the wrong size or colours?
    Please double check on all the details before placing your order to avoid this happen. We can exchange the size or colours for you, but you have to bare all the shipping cost. The exchange item is limited to the same item and not for others products.

  4. What happen if I received a damage product?
    We will scan through all the products before send out to you. If unfortunately, your product is damaged. Please contact our customer service by email (customer@goodest.my) or talk to us from the live chat box at the right of the website in 3 days time.

  5. Can I return my orders if I am not satisfic the product?
    Yes, you can. Please check on Return Policy for more details.

  6. How can I get back my change money if I made payment from the bank ATM machine?
    No worry, We will send you a e-Cash for the balance. It has no time limit, you can use it to purchase anything in the next shopping time.

  7. How do I redeem my e-Cash?
    We will send you the e-Cash Voucher by email. The email will also contain the e-Cash Voucher Redemption Code. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the e-Cash Voucher in two ways.

    1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store's Redeem e-Cash Voucher page. You can store your e-Cash Voucher in your account for next shopping time.

    2. During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a box to enter a Redemption Code. Enter the Redemption Code the amount redeemed will be added to your account when you click the continue button.

  8. Can I send my e-Cash Voucher to my friend?
    Can. Just login to your account and go to Send e-Cash Voucher Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page. When you send a e-Cash Voucher, you need to specify the following. The name of the person you are sending the e-Cash Voucher to. The email address of the person you are sending the e-Cash Voucher to. The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your e-Cash Voucher Account.) A short message which will appear in the email. Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.

  9. How do my friend redemm the e-Cash Voucher I Sent?
    Your friend will receive the e-Cash Voucher by email. The email will also contain the e-Cash Voucher Redemption Code. Your friend can redeem the e-Cash Voucher after login to his/her account.
