  • Oppss.. your order is out of stock
    If your purchased item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you. You can get the full refund of the products price.

  • I am sorry.. We sent you the wrong item
    If you received the wrong item. Please inform us within 3 days and send back the wrong item to us. You can either claim back the correct products or e-Cash Voucher with the same amount value of the product. All delivery fees will be paid by us. Your return delivery fees will pay back in e-Cash Voucher.

  • Too bad.. the product is damaged
    All of the products will scan through by the QC department before send to you. If you received the damaged item. Please inform us within 3 days. You need to send back the damaged item to us. You also can either claim back the same products or e-Cash Voucher with the same amount value of the product.

  • Oh.. is this product got warranty?
    Yes, we give all the products 7 days warranty. Just inform our customer service and send back the product to us. Once we receive it, we will send the exchange item to you.

  • Hehe.. you can change your mind...
    It's fine to change your mind. Just contact our customer service department within 7 days and send back the item to us. You can either exchange to the others same value product or e-Cash Voucher. You can use the e-Cash Voucher to purchase others things in the next shopping and that has no time limit.

Here are also some additional policy for return service :

  1. All the refund is basis in e-Cash Voucher. It has no time limit, you can use it to purchase anything in the next shopping time.

  2. The delivery cost will not included to the refund. We only refund as the product's price.

  3. All used/scratches/damages product which caused by you will not be accepted.

  4. Please do not remove all the label and retain the original packing while send back the product to us. We will not accept the refund request if the label is removed.

  5. All of the products will scan through by the QC department before send to you. A small stain/spot, off-line, lint problem is not summed up quality issues. Due to the quality standards are very subjective, if you are not accept the above issues. Please contact our customer service department.
